Smith Industrial Power, LLC is a new name attached to a long history in the material handling and power transmission industry. The partners, Rusty Smith and Christy Smith (not related, it's just a big club) previously worked closely with John Zimmermann, who many of you may know and whom recently passed away in May of 2021. Christy had worked with him doing marketing since 2017. Rusty met him late in 2020. Since their dreams of working together long term did not materialize, Rusty and Christy decided to move forward with the vision the three entrepreneurs had outlined. They put it into place and are working hard to get things up and running to make it a reality.
